3781133 - workflows could not be filtered out when using a correct Requested End Date in Manage Workflow requests

Symptom

When filtering workflow requests in Manage Workflow Requests, workflow records are not returned when the exact Requested End Date is used. However, the records are displayed when the filter is set to Requested End Date + 1 day.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Manage Workflow Requests page.
  2. Enter the exact Requested End Date of an existing workflow request in the filter criteria.
  3. Execute the search/filter action.
  4. Expected Result: The workflow request with the specified Requested End Date should be displayed in the search results.
  5. Actual Result: No workflow requests are returned when the exact Requested End Date is entered.
  6. Change the filter value to Requested End Date + 1 day and execute the search again.
  7. The workflow request is then displayed in the search results.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

Workaround

Please use Requested End Date +1 to search workflows.
