Symptom

  • Mass changes to customer-specific fields for WBS elements in CNMASS are not working.
  • Error message: Message no. JO757 – according to the message diagnostics, the change should be possible.
  • WBS elements cannot be maintained with a new processor value, resulting in incorrect reporting.
