3781342 - Employment Details (Termination changes) edited via pencil icon (edit button) do not synchronize to Job Information via business rule - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• The data changes from Employment Info (Termination Details) are not getting synchronized to Job Information via Cross-Entity business rule.
• The synchronization does not happen via Edit button (pencil icon), but does happen via All Actions button.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Employment/Termination Details

1. Go to Employment Information > Termination Details and edit using the pencil (Edit) icon.
2. Observe that changes do not synchronize to Job Information via the business rule.
3. Perform the same changes using Take Action > Employment Details (History UI).
4. Observe that changes synchronize to Job Information as expected.

As a temporary workaround, disable "Enable the latest Editing and History UI for Employee Central HRIS entities on Full Profile" option in Configure Latest People Profile page or use 'All Actions' button.
