3781353 - SSO login fails after migration due to legacy domain mapping

Symptom

  • After reconfiguring SSO, access fails during sign-in.
  • Error shown: "Login failed An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Details: No additional information is available at this time. Select different Workspace You need help? Click here to open a link to our support system. If you do not have necessary permissions to open a support ticket please contact your workspace administrator instead."
  • Access via environment-specific domains works (deeplink), while access via the base domain still routes to the old SSO configuration.
  • When using the base domain and selecting an environment, users may be prompted again to select the environment.
