• Exporting a Unified Story that contains a large paginated table to PDF keeps loading and no file is generated. 
• The progress bar appears to complete, but the page remains in a loading state. 

SAP Anlaytics Cloud 2026.8.10 

1. Log in to SAC.
2. Open a story that contains a large, paginated table on the first page.
3. Go to file > Export Story

Note: The progress bar appears to complete, but no PDF is downloaded and the page remains in a loading state. 

• PDF export runs in the user’s browser, so it is constrained by the browser’s available memory and processing capacity. 
• Very large paginated tables require rendering many pages before PDF creation, which can exceed browser resources and prevent file generation. 

Given the volume of data in this story, we recommend one of the following:

1. Export in smaller page ranges and combine the resulting PDFs to keep each export within a manageable memory footprint. 
2. Reduce the data volume in the paginated table by applying filters, narrowing the drill scope, or shortening the time range so fewer pages are rendered.
