3781539 - Unable to trigger the sales order summary generative AI feature

You are unable to trigger the sales order summary even though you have activated it in the generative AI settings.

• Sales Cloud version 2

1. Activate the Sales Order summary (GenAI) feature.
2. Open a Sales Order and look for the summary.

To trigger the summary you must trigger the simulation of the pricing. There is no separate simulate button for the GenAI Sales Order summary, and the button for simulation will not be available unless the end-to-end pricing setup is completed.

A new sales order summary is generated based on the change in the sales order simulation.

1. Complete the end-to-end pricing setup for Sales Orders, ensuring all required pricing configuration and determination rules are maintained.
2. Open the Sales Order and run the pricing simulation (simulate/price) to calculate pricing.
3. Verify that the Sales Order summary (GenAI) updates after pricing simulation is run.
