3781590 - Recruiting Operator receives multiple email notification when job requisition is closed - Recruiting Management

When a Job Requisition is closed, the same Recruiting user receives multiple "Requisition Closed" email notifications simultaneously.

The expected behavior is for the user to receive a single notification from the Requisition Closed recruiting email trigger. Instead, multiple identical email notifications are received.
