3781591 - Locale date format in prompts misinterpreted as another region - Joule

The digital assistant does not recognize the user's locale date format in prompts and interprets the date using a different regional format. For example: user is from UK and enters a prompt with an UK effective date format, But Joule interprets its as US date format.
