Symptom

  • When generating STP2, the process stops with the error: "Foreign Tax Paid SAW income type cannot contain a Foreign Tax Paid amount".
  • STP2 generation cannot be completed for the affected employees.
  • ACRT does not reflect an FEI income type entry for the relevant financial year.
