3781656 - Issue with PDF Opening Prompt in SAP SuccessFactors Mobile Android App

Symptom

  • When opening a PDF in the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile Android app (e.g., Learning > Learning History > View Certificate), a system prompt appears: "Open in another app? You are leaving SAP SuccessFactors and going to another app. Are you sure you want to proceed?".
  • Behavior is observed on Android devices only.
  • PDF opens via an external app instead of within the SuccessFactors mobile app, leading to the warning prompt.
