• When an address is added under Address‑Dependent Information for a Sales Area and saved, it does not display on the Sales Area overview table.
• The address becomes visible only after opening any address‑dependent record and then returning to the Sales Area overview.
• The address description can disappear when the table is personalized to include certain columns (for example, custom/extension fields); resetting table personalization restores the address description.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Customer Master Data app.
2. Search for a customer and open the relevant Sales Area.
3. Choose Address‑Dependent Information.
4. Observe that no addresses (or no address description) are displayed in the overview table.
5. Open any address‑dependent record.
6. Navigate back to the Sales Area overview.
7. Observe that the address now displays correctly.

User-specific table personalization that includes custom/extension fields in the Address‑Dependent Information table causes the address description not to bind/refresh on the overview. Standard behavior is correct when only standard fields are used.

1. Reset the Address‑Dependent Information table personalization to defaults:

1) Open the table Settings (personalization).

2) Choose Reset to restore the default layout.

3) Confirm and save.

1. Alternatively, remove custom/extension fields from the selected columns in the table Settings and keep only standard fields; then save.
2. Reload the page and verify that the address description is visible without needing to drill into a record.
3. If custom fields must be used, have the implementation team review the custom field definitions and any UI extension logic for this table to ensure compatibility. Until corrected, avoid selecting these custom fields in the table layout.
