3781697 - How do I use the Track Shipments application with a user-defined model?

Symptom

  • I have activated a user-defined model in SAP Business Network Global Track and Trace (GTT).
  • When I open the Track Shipments application after deactivating the standard model gttft1, the application displays the following error message You cannot read data from an inactive model. Contact your Model Administrator.
  • Error Code: com.sap.gtt.v2.core.odata.exception.ODataServiceException.MetadataModelInactive
  • The Track Shipments application works again after reactivating the standard model gttft1.
