Symptom

  • In the SAP Service and Asset Manager map on an iOS or iPadOS device, labels from an ArcGIS basemap reference layer are displayed on top of business-object markers.
  • Work order, notification, equipment, or functional-location markers may be partially hidden by the labels.
  • The labels remain in front of the markers when the map is panned or zoomed.
