3781730 - Step exit reminder text not saving after pasting content

Content not saving when pasting texts in Step Exit Reminder for a route step in "manage route map" tool.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 1H 2026

1. In "manage route map", for a route step, enable Step Exit Reminder.
2. Copy paste some texts in the text box.
3. Save.
4. Observe that the text is not saved and appears blank after saving.

This is a known issue in "manage route map" in legacy admin experience.

The issue will be fixed in the "Manage Route Map" new admin experience, which will be released in 2611.

Workaround

Before new admin experience is applied to "manage route map", after copy paste texts in Step Exit Reminder, manually edit the texts, e.g. bold the texts, enter a blank space, then save.
