3781781 - Patch/Put/Delete Actions from API Not Visible in SAP Build Process Automation Project Dependencies

After creating and publishing the "user management (system for cross-domain identity management (scim))" api as an action and adding it to a process, all actions were selected, released, and published.

When add an action project dependency in the SBPA(SAP Build Process Automation) project, the Patch/Put/Delete method under the action project does not appear in the action list.
