When settling a WBS element using transaction CJ88, the amount in object currency does not match the amount calculated manually using an exchange rate maintained in transaction OB08.

The implied exchange rate between the settled amount in Controlling Area currency and the amount in object currency may not correspond to any individual exchange rate maintained in OB08.

The issue is typically observed when:

• The WBS object currency differs from the Controlling Area currency.
• An absolute amount is maintained in the settlement rule.
• A partial settlement is performed to one or more receivers.
