3781801 - The Legal Control License Indicator on the SO item status tab shows 'No Individual Export License', which is inconsistent with the actual block reason

Symptom

  • In sales orders with a GTS block, the GTS popup shows an accurate blocking reason, for example, ''product master''.
  • On the sales order item status tab, the ''Legal Control License'' field displays a value, for example, ''No individual export license'' that seems to be different with the customs document checking log.
