3781813 - Correspondence jobs show error "Form template could not be determined" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When running the "Correspondence: Account Statement" or "Correspondence: Customer Statement" template via the Application Jobs app, the job completes successfully but the results show errors. The correspondence cannot be printed with the following messages:

"Form template could not be determined."

"Form template name can't be initial."

"No output possible for output item '1' due to inconsistencies."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Application Jobs app.
2. Run the "Correspondence: Account Statement" template with a variant (e.g., "SAP06").
3. The job completes with status "Finished" but the result log shows the above error messages.

In the Output Parameter Determination app, the variant name used in the job has not been maintained in the "Parameters Variant" field. As a result, the system is unable to determine the form template.

1. Open the Output Parameter Determination app.
2. Select "Account Statement" as the correspondence type and "Form Template" as the Determination Step.
3. In the existing entry, leave the "Corr. Identifier" field empty.
4. Enter the variant name (e.g., SAP06) in the "Parameters Variant" field.
5. Save and activate the changes.
