3781863 - No Value Posted After Running Settlement - Actual App for WBS Element in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

While attempting to settle WBS element using the application "Run Settlement – Actual" or the scheduled job "Actual Settlement; Order (SAP)", the following message "No objects selected for processing in controlling area A000" occurs and no value is posted in WBS element.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Run "Settlement – Actual" or execute the scheduled job using the template "Actual Settlement; Order (SAP)".

2. Enter the required parameters.

3. Execute the job and observe the error: "No objects selected for processing in controlling area A000."

Error "No objects selected for processing in controlling area A000" indicates that there was no processing objects available for the selection, namely WBS elements, networks, activities, or orders.

To proceed, try the following resolutions:

• Remove the asterisk (*) in WBS and select the specific WBS to settle.
• Make sure that the selected WBS for settlement run has value to settle. It is recommended to check the value in app Project Actual before the settlement execution.
