After implementing SAP Note 3679781, the post-manual implementation needs to be done.

However, 'Search customer modifications' is not available under category 'Clean Core' while following the manual steps:

Object ABAP_CLEAN_CORE_DEVELOPMENT in package SYCM_3TIER_MODEL:
1.1.: Open object ABAP_CLEAN_CORE_DEVELOPMENT (type CHKV) in ABAP Development Tools.
1.2.: In the tree of ATC Checks, expand the category with name "Clean Core".
1.3.: Under category "Clean Core" uncheck and check the entry with name "Search customer modifications".
