3781963 - JournalEntryBulkCreationRequest_In succeeds but JournalEntryBulkCreationRequest_Out confirmation is not sent

Symptom

  • After an upgrade, inbound service JournalEntryBulkCreationRequest_In completes successfully
  • No outbound confirmation message JournalEntryBulkCreationRequest_Out is sent after the successful inbound processing.
  • Monitoring shows the inbound record in AIF, but no corresponding outbound message is found in SRT_MONI.
