3782009 - How To Identify Who Deleted A Fact Sheet And When Using Changelog Exports - SAP LeanIX

A fact sheet has been permanently deleted from the LeanIX workspace, and there is a need to determine accountability and timing for the deletion. Specifically, users want to identify:

• Who deleted the Fact Sheet
• When the deletion occurred

There is no direct in-app view or notification that surfaces fact sheet deletion events retroactively.

Note on how deletion works in LeanIX: fact sheets are not removed immediately. When a fact sheet is "deleted," it is first archived. Only archived fact sheets are subject to permanent deletion, which occurs automatically after 90 days in the archived state. This means the permanent deletion event and the original archival action are separated in time — the user who archived the fact sheet and the date of archival are distinct from the eventual automated permanent deletion 90 days later.
