Symptom
A database copy was carried out on your tenant and since then translations are missing in your custom dictionary.
Environment
SAP CPQ
Cause
There can sometimes be a caching issue once database has been copied from one tenant to another.
Resolution
- Go to the affected Custom Dictionary in the Setup menu and click on the Save button.
- This will overwrite the cached data and as a result translations from custom dictionary should now work correctly.
