3782042 - Missing translations from custom dictionary after database copy

A database copy was carried out on your tenant and since then translations are missing in your custom dictionary.

There can sometimes be a caching issue once database has been copied from one tenant to another.

• Go to the affected Custom Dictionary in the Setup menu and click on the Save button.
• This will overwrite the cached data and as a result translations from custom dictionary should now work correctly.
