3782125 - Sales quote replication fails after July payload change; idoc error 'field matnr cannot be changed' from Sales Cloud version 2 to s/4 via cpi

Symptom

  • Issues with sending sales quotes from V2 to S4 via CPI due to changed outbound payload from V2 after July release.
  • Error message: "Field 'MATNR ' cannot be changed".
  • productDisplayId and originalProductDisplayId are no longer present in the outbound payload.
  • Inbound IDocs in S/4 fail because no products are present in the items.
  • Outbound processing in V2 and CPI may show success, while the document is not created in S/4.
