3782230 - "Error while fetching the PDF file" for Turkey e-Delivery Notes - Registered Users scenario with SOVOS

Symptom

PDF preview is not possible for Turkey e-delivery notes in the "Registered Users" scenario after submission to the SOVOS portal.

When attempting to display the PDF via EDOC_COCKPIT → Display → Display PDF, the following error is returned:

"Error while fetching the PDF file"
