Symptom

  • The connection test to a HANA datastore in CI-DS fails with the following error:
    • ODBC call <SQLDriverConnect> for data source <XXXXX> failed: <[SAP AG][LIBODBCHDB SO][HDBODBC] Communication link failure;-10709 Connection failed (RTE:[200117] Failed to initiate any authentication method. Please ensure all relevant connection properties have been supplied correctly. X.509: Certificate store has no own certificate / private key
      Kerberos error. Major: "No credentials were supplied, or the credentials were unavailable or inaccessible [458752]", minor: "No Kerberos credentials available (default cache: DIR:/run/user/XXXXX/krb5cc) [XXXXX/XXXXX]" (<IP_Address>:<Port> -> <HANA_Hostname>.>. Notify Customer Support.
