Symptom

  • SSO login fails for all users when trying to do an IDP initiated login.
  • Error message displayed: "Login failed. An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Details: No additional information is available at this time."
  • Analysis shows: "SAML RelayState parameter was null when it should be returned by the IDP."
