3782304 - Behavior rating stars not visible in "Ratings from others" panel in performance management latest experience

Symptom

  • Employee behavior rating stars are not visible in the “Ratings from Others” panel in Performance Management Latest Experience.
  • The evaluator can see their own competency and behavior ratings displayed with stars in the main competency section.
  • The form displays the Employee Rating column and the gap/breach analysis between manager and employee ratings, but the star rating is missing in “Ratings from Others”.
  • When viewing the form from the employee's enroute folder, the star visualization shows correctly.
  • Star visualization works in the older form experience.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open a Performance Management form in Latest Experience.
  2. Go to the main competency section and confirm the evaluator’s behavior ratings appear with stars.
  3. Confirm the Employee Rating column and gap/breach analysis are displayed.
  4. Open the “Ratings from Others” panel.
  5. Observe that the employee’s behavior-level star ratings are not displayed.

Cause

This is known issue.

Resolution

This is a known issue and will be delivered as part of 2611 release Preview: November 07 & Production: November 14.

Workaround:

You can enable slider-style ratings instead of star ratings, which will allow Evaluators to see both the rating label and value simultaneously.

How to enable:

  1. Go to your form template advanced settings
  2. Check the option: "Use slider style for ratings (only applicable to the latest form experience)"
  3. The change takes effect immediately for in-progress forms
  4. You can switch back anytime by disabling this option
