3782331 - Interview cancellation mail not received and meeting invite not removed from teams Calendar

- Interview cancellation emails are not received by some Users.
- Cancelled meetings are not removed from the Teams Calendar.

1. Login to the instance
2. Choose a candidate to whom an interview has to be scheduled
3. Schedule an interview, and book the slot.
4. Once the interview is scheduled, confirm if notification is received and teams calendar is updated. 
5. Try and cancel the interview, and observe no notification is received not teams canlendar is updated.

The logs of the failed DELETE_INTERVIEW_NOTIFICATION do not indicate which locale(s) was attempted to be retrieved.

One of the Interviewer's or the Interview Organiser are not in the en_GB locale, causing the error (Cannot send email : No localized email template found for this template), which interrupted the sending the DELETE_INTERVIEW_NOTIFICATION to any of the recipients

Configure the translations of all enabled locales (en_US & en_GB) of all email templates in [Admin Center> Manage Recruiting Email Templates]. 
For the DELETE_INTERVIEW_NOTIFICATION trigger, target the email template Interview Cancellation to Candidate.
