3782354 - Brazil CIAP - CNPJ_BUPLA is not Type-compatible with formal parameter EV_CNPJ

A SYNTAX_ERROR short dump occurs in CIAP-related classes after implementing SAP Note 3737378 without its corresponding correction note. The error refers to a type incompatibility between CNPJ_BUPLA and the formal parameter EV_CNPJ.

Scenario 1 – Manual transaction creation

• SYNTAX_ERROR dump in program CL_CIAP_CREATE_MANUAL_TRANS_NFCM00S
• Error message: "CNPJ_BUPLA" is not compatible with the type of formal parameter "EV_CNPJ"

Scenario 2 – NF-e cancellation

• SYNTAX_ERROR dump in program CL_CIAP_TRANSFER==============CP when cancelling a Nota Fiscal (NF-e)
• ST22 error message: "CS_NFHEADER-CNPJ_BUPLA" is not compatible with the type of formal parameter "EV_CNPJ"
• Observed specifically when cancelling a subcontracting NF-e generated by movement 541
• The NF-e cancellation is not processed in the ERP, even if the cancellation was accepted in SEFAZ
• The NF-e document remains in a pending state (e.g., gear icon visible in J1BNFE)
• Movement 542 is not generated

Scenario 3 – SE24 class inspection

• When opening class CL_CIAP_TRANSFER or CL_CIAP_DA in transaction SE24, syntax errors are visible directly in the class editor
• The errors indicate a type incompatibility involving CNPJ_BUPLA and parameter EV_CNPJ
