• Configuration of Transportation Relevance of Sales Documents has finished.
• Freight unit is not getting generated from the sales order.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a sales order and initiate freight unit creation from the sales order.
2. Observe that no freight unit is generated.

No stock is available for the respective date. Freight units are only built for a sales order if there is a confirmed quantity.

You can check the Confirmed Quantity as follows:

1. Click on the sales order item and go to tab Schedule Lines
2. Check the field Confirmed Qty: If this is set to zero, the stock is not confirmed and no freight units will be built.

1. Add Stock or
2. Change the delivery date in the sales order (when you enter a suitable date in the future, the confirmed quantity is set) or
3. Plan on requested Quantities: With SSCUI Define Logistics Integration Profile, you can change the setting in the respective profile to "Plan on requested quantities" instead of planning on confirmed quantities. In this case, FUs will be build according to the order quantity even if the quantity has not been confirmed.
