3782412 - shipping route(ROUTE) is not determined from item route in pricing condition

Symptom

  • During creation of a quotation/contract/sales order, the route value maintained at the item shipping tab is not determined into the pricing condition key.
  • The route field in the pricing condition table remains blank, so the freight condition is not found and pricing is not captured automatically.
  • No error message or error code is displayed.
