3782432 - Steps to activate the connection for the US DSCSA Scenario

This KBA contains steps to follow to activate the connection for the US DSCSA Scenario 

SAP Traceability Hub.

If the Partner Admin has accepted the connection request but has not completed the configuration, the connection status will remain Open.

To complete the connection, the Partner Admin should log in to the appropriate SAP Traceability Hub environment and follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the appropriate environment:
   • Staging: https://test.ich4ls.cloud.sap
   • Production: https://ich4ls.cloud.sap
2. Navigate to Manage Connections → Open Connections.
3. Select the connection and click Activate.
4. If the Activate option is not available, click Configure Connection to SAP.
5. Select the US DSCSA scenario and click Next.
6. Choose the appropriate connectivity option:
   • TPI: Select the existing Third-Party Integrator (TPI) or switch to the required service provider.
   • Web Portal: Select Web Portal.
   • B2B: Select B2B (AS2, SOAP, HTTPS, or SFTP) and complete the relevant configuration steps.
7. Click Finish to save the configuration.

Once these steps are completed successfully, the connection should become active.
