3782435 - Some error messages would appear when saving the Seamless Planning Public Account Dimension in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Below error message would appear when saving or creating the seamless planning public account dimension in SAC system:
  Failed to execute select "VALUE" as "HIERARCHY"
  from "TENANT_XXXX"."sap.fpa.services.modeling::SplitToTable"('parentId')
  where "VALUE" not in (
  select "HIERARCHY" from "XXXXXX"
  where "NODEID" = ?
  ). Component = DbHelper. Reason = invalid schema name: XXXXX: line 2 col 23 (at pos 52) 
• This issue seems to only occur on the seamless planning Account dimension. This issue would not occur on seamless planning Generic dimension.
• This issue would not occur on Local Public Dimensions as well

• SAP Analytics Cloud  2026.8.16 

• Datasphere System 2026.15.1 
  

1. Log onto SAC
2. Navigate to Modeler-> Public Dimension Tables
3. Click on "Dimension Tables" to create a new public dimension table
4. On the following "Data Storage Location" panel, select the Data Storage Location as SAP Datasphere space 
5. On the following "Create Dimension Table" panel, select the type as Account and enter a name for this Account dimension
6. Add a member into this dimension table and save this change
   => Observe below error message would appear:
   Failed to execute select "VALUE" as "HIERARCHY"
   from "XXXX"."sap.fpa.services.modeling::SplitToTable"('parentId')
   where "VALUE" not in (
   select "HIERARCHY" from "XXXXX"
   where "NODEID" = ?
