3782449 - BOM header item is not copied automatically to credit memo request (CMR) after returns order creation

Symptom

Returns order(RO) is created with BOM items. After RO creation, credit memo request is created automatically with refund control 'P'. However, BOM header item is not copied from returns order to credit memo request.
