3782489 - Raw HTML tag appears for custom field - Latest Form Experience

Raw HTML tag appears in Custom field's name when enabling Latest Form Experience. With Legacy Performance Management the HTML tag is not visible in same form and the tag applies to the text.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 1H 2026

1. Add HTML tag: <font size="+1">...</font> to a custom field name via Performance Form Template XML file
2. Launch form with this template
3. Enable Latest Form Experience
4. Open the form and scroll to the custom field
5. Custom field shows HTML tag: <font size="+1">...</font>
6. Disable Latest Form Experience and open same form
7. HTML tag is not visible and text appears with higher font size as expected

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
