3782523 - Candidate search returns zero or fewer results when adding multiple filter criteria - Recruiting Management

In Candidate Search, applying multiple filter criteria returns zero or significantly fewer results than expected, with eligible candidates being incorrectly excluded from the results. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting Candidate tab.
2. Set the mulitiple search criteria (for example):
   • Candidate Type: xxx
   • Marketing emails consent: xxx
   • Resume or Cover letter contains: any of the keywords
   • Applied to a job: xxx
   • Country of residence: xxx
3. Observe that results are returned 0 or fewer results.

Known product limitation in Recruiting Candidate search when multiple criteria are combined. 

This is a known product limitation and has been confirmed as an enhancement request.

Workaround: N/A, reindex will not work.
