3782524 - German translations issues in the GTS E4H 2025

Symptom

Issue 1: Following an upgrade to S/4HANA 2025 FP01 and SAP FIORI FOR SAP GTS E4H 2025, German translations for GTS-specific Fiori Launchpad Spaces and Pages (for example, SAP_LLS_SP_CMPLNC_SPCLST and SAP_LLS_PG_CON_OVW) are missing, resulting in blank titles. The titles can be displayed correctly in English and GTS Fiori Apps are unaffected.

Issue 2: Fiori App tiles mixed in German and English after Upgrade. Previously there were only German language links or tiles, after the upgrade there are a lot of links or tiles in English.
