3782525 - Inbound Delivery Header Texts Not Populated When Created via API in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Symptom

  • An Inbound Delivery is successfully created in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition via SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) using communication scenario SAP_COM_0224 – API for Delivery Management.
  • The inbound payload contains one or more <Text> segments (with BuyerTextElementID, TextElementLanguage, and TextElementText).
  • However, the Header Texts of the newly created Inbound Delivery remain empty.
