Symptom
- Number format in table changed unexpectedly in view and edit mode of story in SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (Callidus)
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to the embedded Analytics of SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (Callidus).
- Open the affected story in view mode and navigate to a table with numeric columns.
- Observe that a numeric column displays values without the thousands separator (for example, 120000 instead of 120,000).
- Switch to edit mode and observe the same column displays with the expected thousands separator.
- (Optional) In edit mode, modify the table styling for the numeric column (for example, change Scale or Number Format) and save.
- Switch back to view mode and observe the formatting appears as expected.
- Refresh the browser session or reopen the story and observe the formatting reverts to no thousands separator in view mode.
Cause
- The issue is under investigation by development team.
Resolution
- As a temporary workaround, after opening the story switch to edit mode and then back to view mode to display the expected number formatting for the current session.
