3782530 - workflows created in production from test data due to integration center sftp file mix-up across tenants – successfactors employee central

• Test data from a preview/test tenant was mistakenly applied in a production tenant, creating actual retirement request workflows.
• Integration Center inbound job processed records that belong to the test tenant while the job log showed the production sftp path.
• The system generates an sftp file with retirement applicants which is then used to initiate workflows.
• Issue observed on 2026/07/13.
