3782531 - Reminder emails cannot start a specific number of days before RNHD task due date for custom onboarding notification

• Custom onboarding email notification is configured for the Review New Hire Data (RNHD) task.
• The notification is initiated when the RNHD task status changes to In Progress.
• Requirement is to send reminders starting 20 days before the RNHD task due date, repeating every 5 days, and stopping when the task is completed.
• There is no configuration option available to set an initial offset (for example, 20 days) before the due date.
• No error messages are shown.

 SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Configure a custom onboarding email notification for the RNHD task.
2. Set the notification to initiate when the RNHD task status changes to In Progress.
3. Attempt to configure reminders to start 20 days before the RNHD task due date, repeat every 5 days, and stop on task completion.
4. Observe that no option exists to set the initial offset (for example, 20 days) before the due date.

1. Note that configuring reminders to begin a specific number of days before the task due date is not supported.
2. Use the available reminder settings in Email Services, such as frequency of reminders in days and number of reminders to be sent, to manage reminder cadence within the supported capability.
