3782540 - Custom Theme Does Not Apply Hover Styling to Home Button in SAP Fiori Launchpad Header

In the SAP Fiori Launchpad header, when a custom theme is applied, the Home button does not display the expected hover styling. Additionally, when the button is pressed (active state), its background changes to white, resulting in poor contrast that makes the button text and icon difficult to read.
