3782650 - "Application Roles (UI)" Error in Test Automation Pre-Checks

Your are trying to execute a test plan in the Test Automation Tool, however the pre-checks phase fails with an error in the "Application Roles (UI)" section.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Test Your Processes app.
2. Select a test plan.
3. Click on the Execute button. This should trigger the pre-checks.

Once the pre-checks are completer, it is possible to see the error.

In one of the test processes included in the test plan, the "Enter Application" step has a blank value.

This causes the tool to not be able to access the app, which is interpreted as an authorization/application role error.

Verify the test processes included in the test plan. For each of the processes, ensure that any "Enter Application" actions/steps actually have a valid application in the Value field.
