Symptom

After completing an upgrade, the Smoke Tests step in Post-Upgrade Tests Execution History fails.

The following behavior may be observed:

  • Smoke Test execution fails after the upgrade.
  • Smoke Test plans remain at 0% and do not progress.
  • The DEFAULT role is maintained.
