3782672 - Public Holiday Visibility in Work Schedule Under Administer Time

Public holidays defined in the Holiday Calendar are not displayed in the Work Schedule tab under Administer Time.

1. Define a public holiday in the employee's Holiday Calendar (e.g., add August 24, 2026 as a public holiday).
   
2. Go to Administer Time and open the employee's Work Schedule tab.
3. Check the date defined as a public holiday in the Holiday Calendar. The holiday is not displayed in the Work Schedule tab. 
   

This is standard system behavior. The Work Schedule tab displays only the employee’s assigned work schedule and does not reflect public holidays maintained in the Holiday Calendar.

To process or validate absences, please use the Time Sheet or Time Off UI, where the Holiday Calendar is taken into consideration.
