Feature 'Mass Changes' in the app Manage Settlement Rules - Projects is not available as mentioned in the What's New Document for 2608.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Search for the app "Manage Settlement Rules - Project".
2. Open application.
3. Mass Changes button is not visible. 

The functionality is not yet available; the feature has been postponed to the 2702 release.

The 'What's New' article was published unintentionally due to an incorrect feature toggle assignment, we'll update the documentation and the updated 'What's New' should be available by July30th.
