3782720 - Migrate from Triple DES (3DES) to AES-256 encryption algorithm for inbound file transfers in SAP Incentive Management

Symptom

  • After the July 18, 2026 upgrade of the GoAnywhere application, Triple DES (3DES) is no longer supported for inbound encryption.
  • Files encrypted with Triple DES (3DES) algorithm and uploaded to the Goanywhere inbound folder do not appear in the application inbound/XDL.
  • Inbound encrypted files may be missing or remain unprocessed in Incentive Management.
  • The issue occurs when inbound encryption is configured for Triple DES (3DES) instead of AES-256.
