3782772 - Mass upload of Purchasing Info Records via excel in Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records app creates incomplete, non‑editable records

• Using the Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records app to upload an Excel template results in an error during processing.
• The system creates incomplete purchasing info records that are not editable.
• The app does not allow re-uploading the corrected Excel template for the same entries.
• Job log shows errors such as: “Purchasing info record … already exists” (Message no. 06312).

S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Open the Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records app (F2667).
2. Upload the Excel template configured for info record creation.
3. Run the job and observe the error during processing.
4. Check the created info records; some are incomplete and not editable, and a corrected re-upload is refused.

For Excel based info record creation, there are 4 sheet available in the excel 

1. General information for info record.
2. Purchasing Org Data for info record.
3. Pricing for info record.
4. Scales for PIR Price Condition.

The sheets 1, 2, & 3 & the column is marked "Is New" is marked as "X" generates the general data info record but the Purchasing Org Data for the Info Record is not created.

1. Search & download the number created in the app Mass Change to Purchase Info Records.
2. Enter the correct data in sheets 2 & 3.
3. Ensure the column "Is New" is not maintained as "X"
4. Purchasing Org data is created for the Info Record.
