3782809 - Custom Association mapped on the Benefit Confirmation Statement does not show the result - Employee Central

Customer configured a custom one to many association on the Benefit Enrollment to add information, and added this object to the Manage Document Template Mapping, but the information comes empty or generates errors on the Benefit Confirmation Statement.

Custom One to Many associations are not supported for mapping information to the Benefit Confirmation Statement.  

The current supported objects and configuration can be found on Benefit Confirmation Statement.

We understand this standard limitation can be frustrating for the customers, so we strongly recommend submitting an enhancement request specifically about it. This is the best way of giving visibility for customers' ideas, as other customers can also vote on them.
